1 The appellant, Teresa Louise Buchanan, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted of the crime of Robbery With Firearms in the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma. She was sentenced to serve a term of fifteen (15) years in the state penitentiary in accordance with the verdict of the jury, and a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
